13th Annual Panhellenic Fitness Conference in Thessaloniki
The teachers of Studio One celebrate 5 years of operation, presenting all the new trends and developments in the fitness industry at the Annual Panhellenic Fitness Conference in Thessaloniki. All proceeds from the conference will be donated to the charity "Children's Village SOS".
Global Fitness Connect 2012
This year Studio One celebrates it's 5-year anniversary as the premier fitness education institute in Greece! As a gesture of thanks, a portion of the proceeds from this year's Global Fitness Connect event will be donated to the charity " For The Smile of a Child."
We have a goal of raising 30,000 euros, and for that we need 1000 participants in this year's event. Not only can you take part in the largest fitness conference ever held in Greece, but you can also make give a message of hope and humanity to the children of this country.

Grand Prix 2011
The first big event of the season presented by Studio One. 3 foreign and 15 local fitness professionals present the latest techniques in Pilates, Yoga and Aerobics Choreography. It will take place at the "Sport Show & Fashion" event from September 24-25, 2011 at the Athens Metropolitan Expo in Spata.

Start the 2010-2011 season with the first organised conference for Dance, Pilates and Personal Training we call the FITNESS GRAND PRIX, at the International Sport Show Exhibition.
